Originally we had only planned on being in Australia for a couple weeks to check off some bucket list items.  However, due to the typhoon that hit the Philippines and South East Asia, we ended up having to cancel some of our plans in SE Asia and decided to make our trip to “The Land Down Under” a little longer as well as adding New Zealand to the end of our trip.  It turned out to be amazing and a blessing…read on to find out why.
